Q: Do I have to pay VAT and import tax?

A: Prices and shipping costs do not include Duties, Customs, and Taxes. It is the customer’s responsibility to track and manage the delivery and take care of any additional costs such as VAT and/or import taxes.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: We ship worldwide from our main warehouse in Switzerland. Overseas deliveries are usually made by Swiss Post or courier service such as DHL Express. Please contact us in advance to find out the exact delivery costs and conditions.

Q: Where can I find the terms and conditions and the privacy policy?

Q: Do you offer individual security solutions?

A: Individual and customized solutions in the areas of brand protection, product authentication, counterfeit protection and tamper-proof sealing are among the core competencies of our company. For more information, please visit our corporate website or get in touch with us.

Q: Where do I see the quantity per sheet/roll?

A: For hologram labels, the quantities are indicated in sheets or rolls. The number of labels on a sheet or roll varies depending on the label size. The exact details are given in each product description.

Q: Can I personally pick up my order?

A: As we do not have a showroom or over-the-counter trade (POS) and most of the products are dispatched via our central warehouse, a pick-up of products on site is only possible by appointment. To this end, please contact us before or after submitting your order.

Q: Can I return ordered goods?

A: If you wish to return one or more items, please contact us in advance. Any refund will be made deducting shipping or transport costs as well as possible surcharges (express surcharges or similar). Please note that customized items (e.g. with customer-specific imprint) are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned.

Q: How to transmit print data and spcifications?

A: Some products can be ordered with a customized print. Please place your order via our shop and then send us your print data and specifications by e-mail. You will then receive a “printing proof” as PDF from us for checking and approval.
